Erik Knudsen Takes Over as Editor-in-chief in Norsk medietidsskrift
Join us in congratulating our researcher Erik Knudsen on his new appointment as Editor-in-Chief of the Norwegian journal Norsk Medietidsskrift.
New Publication – “Playful recognition: Television comedy and the politics of mediated recognition”.
In a new article in Communications: The European Journal of Communication Research, John Magnus Dahl and Torgeir Uberg Nærland explore how media content may facilitate processes of recognition through playfulness and comedy.

In a co-authored user study, our researcher Alain Starke compares three common user interfaces (UIs) in the context of recipe recommendation.
Exploring Research Cooperation for Accessible Data Visualization: MediaFutures meets Highsoft
On August 17th, the MediaFutures team led by prof. Morten Field visited Highsoft´s headquarters in Vik/Sogn. The goal of the visit was to get to know each other, and to discuss cooperation opportunities in digital data visualization and accessibility.
