MediaFutures’ Work Package 3 held its 5th industry partner workshop on Friday, November 26th. The gathering aligned plans for 2022, informed the parties involved about upcoming projects and activities, and discussed the partners’ contributions.

Work Package 1 visits research and industry partners
MediaFutures’ Work Package 1 under the guidance of Prof. Hallvard Moe visited research and industry partners in Oslo. The trip lasted two days and aimed at discussing news ideas and possible challenges.
Prof. Enrico Motta meets Infomedia PhD candidates
Last week Prof. Enrico Motta, MediaFutures Work Package 3 Advisor and Key Researcher, held a meeting with PhD candidates at the Department of Information Science and Media Studies (Infomedia) at the University of Bergen, during which he reflected on some of the issues that may arise when carrying out PhD research.
3.5 million NOK to MediaFutures’ WP leader in grant funding for enabling equipment for research excellence in Human-Computer Interaction.
It is with great pleasure that we announce that the Department of Information and Media Studies, in cooperation with three other departments, and under the leadership of Prof. Morten Fjeld, MediaFutures’ Work Package 4 leader, has been granted 3.5 million NOK to enable equipment for research excellence in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
