Professors Brita Ytre-Arne and Hallvard Moe, alongside researcher Erik Knundsen and Postdoctoral Fellow John Magnus Dahl will present their research at the 72nd International Communication Association conference in Paris.

This year’s ICA conference, scheduled May 26-30, will be held under the theme of One World, One Network.

  • Drivers of News Sharing: How Context, Content, Anduser Features Shape Sharing Decisions on Facebook with  Damian Trilling from the University of Amsterdam

Knudsen will also lead the preconference “Understanding the Dynamics of (Ir)Responsible A.I.», and chair the session “Are Right-Leaning Media Users More Susceptible to Misinformation”.

  • Beyond Representation: Public Service Media, Minority Audiences and the Promotion of Capabilities through Entertainment
  • Playful Recognition: Television Comedy and the Politics of Mediated Recognition
