Ryan Anthony Marinelli joins the Norwegian Language Technologies research stream at MediaFutures.
Marinelli is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Informatics at the University of Oslo (UiO). At MediaFutures, he will be part of the Norwegian Language Technologies research stream, which focuses on the development of annotated datasets and supervised models for Norwegian (Bokmål and Nynorsk) to support both automated understanding and automated production of media texts.
Ryan’s involvement contributes to MediaFutures’ ongoing work within Norwegian Language Technologies, supporting the centre’s broader goal of developing innovative and responsible media technology, including AI‑based approaches that underpin advances in language‑focused research and tools.
